• User Research & Discovery: Collaborated with stakeholders to understand the company’s goals, target users (B2B clients, partners, and procurement managers), and key service offerings. Conducted competitor analysis within the Oil & Gas servicing sector to benchmark design direction.

• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Created a clean, intuitive structure for the website to clearly present complex service categories. Designed low-fidelity wireframes to outline user journeys, especially focusing on service exploration and contact conversion.

• High-Fidelity UI Design: Delivered a professional, industry-aligned UI that reflected the company's credibility and operational scale. Used a bold, clean color scheme with strong visual hierarchy to guide user attention. Emphasized trust and capability through iconography, visuals, and service cards.

• Responsive Design: Ensured the website was fully responsive, maintaining consistency and usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.

• Developer Handoff & Collaboration: Worked closely with frontend developers using Figma for component-based design handoffs. Provided annotated UI files and interactive prototypes to guide implementation. Participated in QA testing rounds to ensure design fidelity post-development.

• Brand Consistency: Maintained visual coherence with the brand’s identity, using typography, color palette, and imagery that reflect the engineering and industrial nature of the business.
